Terms of Purchase Agreement
This Terms of Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions between Birth, Baby! Academy (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the purchaser (“you,” “your”) for the online doula training course (“Course”). By purchasing and accessing the Course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Course Access and Materials
1.1. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to the Course materials via the online learning platform.
1.2. You are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials for personal and professional development. Sharing access or materials with others is prohibited.
1.3. Course content may not be reproduced, distributed, or publicly displayed without prior written permission from Birth, Baby! Academy.

2. Payment
2.1. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payments via Thrive Cart. If a payment plan is chosen and a payment is missed, course access will be restricted until payment is made.
2.2. Refund Policy:
This purchase is not eligible for refunds. Once this course is purchased, all sales are final.

3. Technology and Platform Requirements
3.1. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology (computer, internet access, software, etc.) to access the Course.
3.2. We are not liable for technical issues related to your equipment or internet service.
3.3. In the event of a platform outage, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access as quickly as possible and communicate updates via email.

4. Intellectual Property
All Course content, including text, videos, images, and supplemental materials, are the intellectual property of Birth, Baby! Academy and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct
5.1. We strive to provide a supportive learning environment and expect all participants to engage with professionalism and respect.
5.2. Any behavior deemed disrespectful, harmful, or inappropriate may result in removal from the Course without a refund.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Course provides educational information and does not replace medical or legal advice. We are not responsible for how you apply the knowledge gained from the Course.
6.2. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from completing the Course.
6.3. In no event shall Birth, Baby! Academy be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Course materials.

9.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be settled in the courts of Texas.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Purchase Agreement.
